Refund policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return one or more products within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions:

• Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Withdrawal procedure:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the online form Withdraw from the contract here. No account is required: the form is also available to customers who checked out as guests. After you confirm, you will receive an email with a summary of your request and the return instructions.

Refund:
Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
