Racket Protector Installation Instructions

Step 1

Sitting down, place your padel racket with the handle between your knees and the head of the racket facing up.

Step 2

To find the centre of the protector, fold it lightly in half or mark it with a pen.

Step 3

Remove the backing film from the rear of the protector.

Step 4

Hold the protector taut with both hands and align the centre of the racket with the centre of the protector.

Step 5

Check that the width of the protector (3.5 cm) lines up with the width of the racket (about 3.8 cm), so it fully covers the racket head, then start applying the protector by setting it down on the centre of the racket, keeping it taut at all times.

Step 6

Work towards the side edges, applying the protector while keeping it taut, until it lies completely flat on the racket.

Step 7

Using the palm of your hand, start pressing and smoothing the protector from the centre towards the right and left sides of the racket.

Step 8

Repeat this a few times to remove any imperfections or air bubbles.
